Terms

Terms and Conditions

These terms describe use of the Alpha And Omega Printing LLC website at anoprinting.com. They are about the website. They are not a service contract.

01

Introduction and Acceptance

Alpha And Omega Printing LLC is a domestic limited liability company formed in Georgia. The site has no customer accounts and no button that asks you to accept a service contract.

If you do not want to follow these terms, do not use the site. Reading a page, or sending an enquiry, does not by itself create an agreement for printing services.

The acknowledgement on the quote form is narrower. It confirms that the company may use the details in that request to respond. It is not acceptance of these terms as a contract for work, and it is not a request to send marketing. See the Privacy Policy.

02

Website Use

You may use the site to read about the company's services and to prepare a business enquiry.

  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain access to it by a method the site does not offer.
  • Do not send automated submissions through the forms.
  • Do not present the company's pages, name, or logo as your own.

The site does not ask you to create a password. Do not send passwords or payment details through the forms.

03

Business Services Information

The site describes business printing services and support. The service pages cover managed print services, printer and equipment support, print fleet management, print environment assessment, supplies and consumables support, and document and workflow solutions.

On-site support and remote support are both described. Neither is promised for every location. Availability depends on the location, the requirements, and the scope that is agreed separately.

Pages about industries describe the kinds of businesses the company can talk with. They are not a statement that a contract exists with any particular organization.

04

Service Enquiries and Quote Requests

The Contact form and the Get a Quote form prepare an email to info@anoprinting.com. They do not store the enquiry on the website, and they do not deliver it until you send the email from your own email application.

Sending that email is a request for a conversation. It is not an order, and it does not require the company to provide a service, a price, or a visit.

05

Quotes, Proposals and Agreements

A quote request does not create a service contract. A reply, a discussion of price, or a proposal does not create one either, unless a separate agreement says that it does.

Service scope, pricing, availability, and delivery arrangements belong in the proposal or agreement the parties actually accept. Those points are not set by this website.

06

Service Availability and Scope

The website does not state a service area, a response time, or that a technician is available. It does not state that a particular device, supply, or workflow is included in a service.

Any of those points has to be written into the separate agreement for the work. Until that agreement exists, a page on this site is only a description.

07

Customer Responsibilities

If you send an enquiry, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for having permission to share it.

Do not include information you are not allowed to disclose. That includes another person's sensitive records, payment card numbers, and government identification numbers. The forms do not ask for those details.

08

Intellectual Property

The page text, the page structure, the company name, and the logo are used by Alpha And Omega Printing LLC for this website. You may read the pages and share links to them.

You may not copy the site into another commercial website, and you may not remove the company's name from its materials.

09

Website Content and Accuracy

The company aims to keep the pages accurate. Service descriptions are general. They can change, and they can be incomplete for a particular business.

Do not rely on a website page as the final description of a service you might buy. Ask for the scope in writing before work begins.

10

Third-Party Websites and Services

This website does not include an analytics, advertising, or payment service.

If you follow a link away from this site, including a link that opens your email application, that destination is outside these terms.

11

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is a source of business information. Service descriptions are general. A page does not by itself mean that a described service is available to you, or that the site will be available without interruption.

12

Limitation of Liability

These website terms do not set a monetary limit, exclude a type of loss, or create a remedy. Any limit or remedy for services belongs in the separate agreement for that work.

13

Indemnification

These website terms do not contain an indemnity. If an indemnity is used for a service, it belongs in the agreement for that work.

14

Suspension or Restriction of Website Access

The company may change or remove pages. The website has no customer accounts and no login.

15

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Alpha And Omega Printing LLC was formed in Georgia. Its principal office is in Cartersville, Georgia, USA.

These terms describe use of the website. They are separate from any service agreement the parties later accept.

16

Changes to These Terms

The text on this page is the current set of website terms. If the terms change, this page will be updated.

A change to these website terms does not change a service agreement that was accepted separately.
